Our world meeting team consists of 19 key members with wide experiences in tabling from taking on key leadership roles in tabling to attending world meetings. Given the opportunity the team is going to deliver a fantastic world meeting which will be remembered by one all for years to come!!!

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund is available to any participant who cancels their registration before the 1stof August 2025. A 50% refund will be applicable if cancelled before the 15th of August 2025 and zero refund if cancelled post that. This refund will be based on the foreign currency rates on the date of receipt of registration. Related bank charges will be additional. All refunds will be done within 30 working days from the receipt of the request.
Any alterations to an existing booking, including a transfer to another member will be allowed at an administration fee of € 25 per transaction.
Registrations for the RTI World Meeting will officially close on the 4th of August 2025. Any registrations after that will be at the sole discretion of the event convener.

NO REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS WILL BE ENTERTAINED POST 15TH AUGUST 2025

For any of the official RTI World Meeting 2025 Pre-tours:

Registrations for the RTI World Meeting Pre-Tours will officially close on the 15th of July 2025.

Cancellation of the Event

The World Meeting will be considered cancelled only if the event is not held in its entirety. Changing the date, partial completion or change in the schedule is not considered a cancellation. In case of cancellation, the full price of admission will be refunded as per a pre-set process and convention procedures which will be shared in case of such eventuality. Relevant Bank charges for the transfer will be applicable.
