Wednesday, 3rd September

On the day of arrival you will be welcomed at the airport and will be transported to the venue hotel (with a cold one in your hand!!!)

Arrive at the hotel and after quickly completing your check in formalities head to your rooms to freshen up or come up to the exclusive RT lounge for a quick bite and meet some old friends for the first time or catch up with your regular partners in crime. The rest of the day is for you to relax and get ready for the upcoming action!!!

The welcome party is at the pool side and you are expected to get your toes wet and jump into the pool. The beer will be flowing, the music will be loud and we shall open the World Meeting with a bang!!!

For the party animals, the post party will continue in a different setup at the same hotel

Thursday, 4th September

Enjoy the breakfast spread and the councillors head to the first official meeting. The rest who are not keen on attending the meeting have multiple day tour options to choose from or simply book a spa and enjoy your day.

In the evening get ready to head out into town for a crazy party at one of the top locations of Gurgaon. Get on your dancing shoes as the night is going to be long!!!!

Again, there will be a post party at the venue hotel for all our members

Friday, 5th September

The official World Meeting will be a grand affair and no stone will be left unturned to make it a resounding success. The delegates will get the best possible facilities to have a wonderful and productive meeting!!!

Immediately after the world meeting we will proceed with the customary banner exchange where we will officially exchange memories for Namaste India!!

The non delegates will again have a variety of options to choose from on how to spend their day

The evening will be the famous nations Night where we all will showcase the best our countries have to offer in terms of food and drinks. Please feel free to connect with the Nations Night convener for any special requests that you may have for the evening.

Post the Nations night proceed to the crazy post party hall to dance the night away!!!

Saturday, 6th September

The regional meetings will be arranged in the same hotel at various locations so as to avoid long travels.

Post lunch relax and get ready for the highlight of the world meeting, The Grand Gala Night. Let us all get together and celebrate the wonderful tabling year that has gone by. More than our own awards and recognitions let us celebrate the ones won by our brothers from across the world.

Post the gala, open your jackets and throw away your ties and get ready for another crazy night party at the hotel.

Sunday, 7th September

This is the day we say our farewells to all our guests with a promise to meet very soon in some tabling event across the world.

Enjoy your Sunday morning breakfast and check out for your journey back home or maybe to a post-tour if you want to experience more of India!!!

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund is available to any participant who cancels their registration before the 1stof August 2025. A 50% refund will be applicable if cancelled before the 15th of August 2025 and zero refund if cancelled post that. This refund will be based on the foreign currency rates on the date of receipt of registration. Related bank charges will be additional. All refunds will be done within 30 working days from the receipt of the request.
Any alterations to an existing booking, including a transfer to another member will be allowed at an administration fee of € 25 per transaction.
Registrations for the RTI World Meeting will officially close on the 4th of August 2025. Any registrations after that will be at the sole discretion of the event convener.

NO REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS WILL BE ENTERTAINED POST 15TH AUGUST 2025

For any of the official RTI World Meeting 2025 Pre-tours:

This refund will be based on the foreign currency rates on the date of receipt of registration. Related bank charges will be additional. Registrations for the RTI World Meeting Pre-Tours will officially close on the 15th of July 2025.

Cancellation of the Event

The World Meeting will be considered cancelled only if the event is not held in its entirety. Changing the date, partial completion or change in the schedule is not considered a cancellation. In case of cancellation, the full price of admission will be refunded as per a pre-set process and convention procedures which will be shared in case of such eventuality. Relevant Bank charges for the transfer will be applicable.
